Employee Tuition Assistance
If you are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week, you are eligible for tuition assistance after 90 days of employment. The benefit amount you’re eligible for will depend on your employment status:
- Full-time employees: Up to $5,250 per fiscal calendar year
- Part-time employees: Up to $2,625 per fiscal calendar year
Dependent Child Tuition Assistance
Suburban Hospital offers college tuition reimbursement up to $15,000, less applicable federal and state withholdings, per academic year to eligible full-time employees with dependents enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an accredited college or university.
